College is the place where you get to realise that how and what are the things that you lack in. It can be academic or any other skill for example if you lack in good communication and humour you'll be left behind from the rest group. 

Also when you start to brake your outer crust you can start to feel something in you and thus you start for journey to reach your ''potential version of you".

While college days you meet different type of people with various point of views, and that's when group gets divided mostly people with same iq or say same level of thinking pattern gets in one group, Vice versa.

It's a place where you get to grow in your life in all aspects academic, practical, physical, mental I'll tell you in a while in (3)

Once I asked my uncle what do he thinks about marriage mainly what is there perspective of love marriage and arrange marriage in which they shared there story of there marriage in which uncle said arrange marriage is running in our culture from a long time and which is changing since this generation as in arrange marriage there is just one thing, family and marriage bueros finds right match for you by looking at your kundali and requirement...

They said me College is the best time in your life. As here you will be seeing someone for a long years you'll get to see them by there habits, hobbies, interests, goals, behaviour, respect and trust... And then you can decide better if to keep it forever and get married with them...

This question I asked for a reason too, and that was my right choice and the thing they said hit me like a road like the way I fall from bike last year, not kidding but yeah it does mean something actually you can get to know them through the all fazes of life, submitting that shitty assignment, making that stress full project, presenting ppt in front of department, teaming up, coping up with faculty and mates for disscussion, behaviour with everyone and there special once, how they speak up to friend, professor, parents, stranger, etc ...
